Capability 04 / 06

Custom Salesforce development, built to enterprise standard.

Configuration goes a long way, until it doesn't. When Salesforce needs to bend, we write the Apex, Flows and Lightning Web Components to make it — and the web and cloud services around them — with the tests, reviews and release process an enterprise team would expect.

Sound familiar

Where this usually starts.

  • A Flow has grown so complex that nobody wants to touch it.

  • Deployments are manual, risky and scheduled for weekends.

  • Test coverage exists to pass deployment, not to catch bugs.

  • The screen your users need doesn't exist out of the box.

Deliverables

What we deliver.

Apex, triggers & platform events
Server-side logic that handles bulk data and governor limits correctly — with one trigger framework, not five.
Flow orchestration & automation
Flows where they're the right tool, code where they aren't, and a written rule for which is which.
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Custom interfaces for the jobs standard pages can't handle, built to Salesforce's component standards.
Modern web & cloud services
Portals, APIs and services outside Salesforce when that's where the work belongs.
Unit tests, CI and release management
Tests that check behavior, source control, and automated deployment pipelines.

Engagement

How the engagement runs.

  1. 01

    Scope

Settle what needs custom code, what configuration can handle, and what shouldn't be built at all.

  2. 02

    Architect

Technical design reviewed before implementation, covering limits, security and how it will be tested.

  3. 03

    Build

Code reviewed, tested and deployed through a pipeline, with a demo at each milestone.

  4. 04

    Maximum

Documented code your team can extend — or ongoing development on retainer.

Questions

Asked before we start.

When should we use Flow instead of Apex?
Flow for logic your admins should be able to read and change; Apex for complex, high-volume or performance-sensitive work. Mixing the two without a rule is how orgs become unmaintainable, so the rule is written down at the start.
Can you work alongside our internal developers?
Yes. Code goes through the same review and release process as your team's, and the aim is to leave them more capable, not more dependent.
Do you set up CI/CD for Salesforce?
Yes — source control, automated tests and deployment pipelines are part of the standard approach, not an optional extra.
Do you only build inside Salesforce?
No. Customer portals, internal tools and services that sit beside the CRM are built with modern web and cloud tooling when that's the right home for the work.
